Well I have to do this project for ''How do antacid tablets work?'' and I have to use the big idea of particles to describe the reaction between an acid and an alkali. Somebody help please?

The tablets enter your stomach already producing carbon dioxide. It will fill the stomach with gas until your body expels this in a "burp"
When the Co2 is relieved it cures most upset stomach and bloated gaseous feeling
