This sounds like more of a personal question, the answer would be whatever you enjoy most because "the best" makes it an opinion not a fact. There is no correct answer. But maybe you can add to "because you get to study living things" like saying "living things are always changing and improving so you would never run out of interesting animals and organisms to study."
