You must check everything if every cable is connected. If it boots and your secondary drive doesn't show. Right Click the "This PC" in the Folder tab located at the left tab. Then click "manage". After that,Computer Management tab will show up and click for " Disk Management." Then it will show your secondary drive if it is correctly plugged. Lastly Right Click the Secondary drive and format it so your computer can read the Secondary drive. This is applicable to windows OS
