If it's 21.75 in total, then to find 1 ticket you'd divide by 5:
2 ÷ 5 = 0
21 ÷ 5 = 4 (remainder 1)
17 ÷ 5 = 3 (remainder 2)
25 ÷ 5 = 5
So it would cost $4.35 each, hope this helps!
