If we truly had a "health care system" in this country, how would this scenario be different?

I would probably be like Canada‘s healthcare or you have more access to your medicines and to mental health help and there would also be less poverty because of the reduction in amount of medical bills

it would probably be that every one has free health care free medical treatment and free access to antibiotics and a better help with mental health as well
