Fraction to decimal -> Just divide out 7/25 = .28
Decimal to fraction -> Put the decimal over 100 and simplify -> 28/100 -> 7/25
Fraction to percentage -> Divide out then multiply by 100 .28 * 100 = 28 -> 28%
Percentage to Fraction -> Divide by 100 then put it over 100 -> 28/100 -> 7/25
Everything else is just combinations of those
