2x - 5y = -6 first subtract the 2x to get
-5y=-2x-6 and then multiply each side by a -1 to get
5y=2x+6 divide by 5
y=2/5x+6/5

To graph this just put a point on 6/5 on the y axis then to find the next point move over to the right 2 and up 5. After you have two points draw the line connecting them.
