Ithink he has to have proof of the unsafe practice that he is accusing them of and you should have a great lawyer that will be capable of properly backing him up.

Answer: A preponderance of evidence

Explanation: This type of evidence is used in civil lawsuit where a civilian sues a corporation for injury or the possibility of injury due to unsafe working conditions / practices. In that case, the judgement is in favour of the party who submits a preponderance evidence, which is in fact more convincing than the evidence of the opposite party. Such a preponderance evidence is evidence based on possible accuracy and probability, not the amount of evidence. The amount of evidence is relevant and has effect in criminal cases.
