Only federal government can regulate interstate commerce. Trucking, airlines, all commercial carriers must comply with federal DOT (Dept of Transportation) rules and regulation. States can regulate commerce, but only when it does not directly violate or contradict federal regulation.

Only the federal government can print currency. State cannot prints their own currency (money)
