What is wrong with school systems and how could we change it? PLEASE ANSWER QUICKLY

Well, when faced with that question, I always think back to my favorite quote
"If you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life feeling stupid"-(I'm pretty sure Einstein said that...)
Anyways, people are forcing standardized tests and curriculums without understanding that every student is individual and has different learning styles and needs.

Instead, we have created a nicely organized system, that in theory seem so logical I would go as far as to say that schools are so counter-productive that it and an open mind are the major ingredients to change the world!
