I believe the answer is: C. right to privacy

The ninth amendment is a part of the bill of right created by james madison which stated that there are rights that are explicitly mentioned on the amendments, bu there also right that exist through implicit mention. Right of privacy is one of the right that is not explicitly mentioned.
