My bathroom floor measures 3 feet by 3 feet. I can choose between a ceramic tile floor costing $3.75 per square foot or linoleum costing $32.99 per square yard. Which is cheaper, ceramic title floor or linoleum floor?

3 x 3 = 9 sq. feet
9 feet = 3 yards

Ceramic tile-
$3.75 x 9 = $33.75

Linoleum-
$32.99 x 3 = $98.97

I think the ceramic tile floor would have been cheaper, but hopefully if I did this wrong someone will correct it. Anyways I hope this helps✌️️.
