I will let you have 15 points answer this how can you tell place value of decimals I would like pictures but if you can't understand

Well you will know that the right is the lowest amount meaning from right to left in this order will be:

Ones
Tens
Hundreds
Thousands
Milions
Billions
so forth so on

Well the place values after the decimal point are similar to the place values to the left of the decimal point, yet it does not include the place value of ones.

For example:
0.ABCDE
A = tenths
B = hundredths
C = thousandths
D = ten thousandths
E = hundred thousandths.
