0.1666666 because when you divide by a number its the same as multiplying by the reciprocal so it would be 2/3 * 1/4 = 1/6 which is 0.166666

I think the answer is: 6.

Because 2/3 \ 4 u can't do it so u swap. So it would be 3/2 *4. Then u would do 3*4=12. Finally, u do 12\2=6. (I'm not 100% sure this is correct. But I had a go. I really do hope this has answered ur question. I'm sorry if this is wrong.)
