You should know you place chart.. if not, the 7 is in the tens and the one is in the hundreds to get the answer you have to look at the number that would be in the thousands place( which would be the 3) if the thousands place number is 1-4 you don't change the number 1 . If the number 3 is 5-9 then you change the 1 to a 2. In your case the answer would be 62.71. ( sorry if this made no sense I'm horrible at explaining things)
