How do you find the x and y intercepts of 3x=2y+8?

use y = 0 for x-intercept

Finding the y-intercept

3x = 2y + 8

find y-intercept

x is 0

2y + 8 = 0

2y = -8

Y-INTERCEPT y = -4

Finding the x-intercept

3x = 2y + 8

3x = 8

X- INTERCEPT x = 2 2/3
