The answer is 7/9

P(A or B) = P(A) + P(B) - P(A and B)
P(A) = 11/18
P(B) = 5/18
p(A and B) = 2/18
P(A or B) = 11/18 + 5/18 - 2/18 = (11 + 5 - 2)/18 = 14/18 = 7/9
