He also saw Sacred Traditions, the Catholic sacaraments, as valid as the Bible, something unthinkable to other reformers like Luther. We can see he was more religious tolerant in comparision to other reformers who believed their reforms not only were necessary but also the only way to live the true Christian faith, something Erausmus disagreed as he believed in turth as something built with the work of many and not as something a single spokeperson owned and had to broadcast to the masses.
