Secularism is a belief system that rejects religion, or the belief that religion should not be part of the affairs of the state or part of public education. The principles of separation of church and state and of keeping religion out of the public school system are an example of secularism. Secularism is focused on schools should be against any type of religion. For example say a Muslim girl went to a secularism school that Muslim girl wouldnt be allowed to go inside. Why? Cause that secularism school has no religion, but the Muslim girl is wearing a head scarf and she believes in Allah. So that girl won't be allowed in that school.
