Answer: The only answer that makes sense would have to be C. organic molecules is converted to ATP molecules!!!!

In cellular respiration, stored chemical energy in C. organic molecules is converted to ATP molecules.
The whole point of cellular respiration is to convert food to (organic molecules) to ATP (stored energy).
