Based on the figure, Jordan says that 2/3 RW=RU. Kendra disagrees. Is either of them correct? ...?

Based on the given figure, Jordan's statement is incorrect, so that would make Kendra right for disagreeing to what he said. Here is the explanation. RU is bigger than RW. This can only be true in order instances which is for example, when the given triangle is equilateral. But going back to the given figure, it is not what is presented.
