The answers are A. and B. This is because they are asking about how many 1 1/4 is in 20 3/4. It is like asking how many 2 are in 4. 4/2=2
C. does not yield the right answer.

I cannot see the multiplication/division symbols so I'm not sure. If A has a division symbol it is correct.
