If there are 144 fruits in a box. And 1/8 are red apples and 1/4 are green apples and the rest are oranges. Than how many oranges are there all together? And what fraction of the fruit is oranges?

1/8 of 144= 18 (red apples). 1/4 of 144= 36 (green apples). Oranges = 36+18= 54, equal to 144-54= 90. Therefore, there are 90 oranges, and this is equal to 90/144, or 45/ 72 or 15/24 or 5/8. Hope this helps :)
