Based on the given figures above, the correct answer would be option B. Based on the rectangular prism, it has the measurement of length of 10cm and with of 4cm. When a plane intersects parallel to its base, still, the two dimensional figure that is the cross section would still have the same dimensions which is 4 and 10. Hope this answer helps.
