The correct answer to this question is b) AB & DE.

The two intervals represent equal displacement of the particle. Delta (x) is always 2. So you need to, average the initial and final velocities of each interval. Then to find total displacement, multiply by two.

2 * [ (0 + 10)/2 ] = 10 for interval AB
2 * [ (7 + 3)/2 ] = 10 for interval DE
