2/100000 as a decimal would be .000002. All you have to do is count the zeros in 100000, and then put a two after the zeros. If the number was 16 instead of two, and it had two didgets, you would count the zeros and subtract equal to the number of didgets minus one. Therefore 16/100000 would be .00016
