Chicago made great changes in society, in the 1960's. Riots of despair resulted in burning down of some neighborhoods.
A fire hydrant turned of and that could start a war. Chicago had tough times in the 1960's.

What was happening politically in Chicago itself, and around the world? Immigration issues, laws, etc?
