Please Help!!!!

A scale for a scale drawing is 10 cm: 1 mm. Which will be larger, the actual object or the scale drawing? Explain.

You need the measurements to be in the same unit. There are 10 mm in a cm, so it'd be better expressed as 10x10:1 = 100:1. That means that the drawing is 100 times larger than the object. Make sense?
