How well do you think the structure of Congress addresses the concerns about the power of large states and the influence of public passions on legislation?

Today not very well. With the ability to influence with large amounts of power and wealth the structure of Congress has few tools left to protect from this. Public passion is how Democracy works but it has been bought off in a large way today on both sides of the isle. Small states actually have an advantage with more representation per constituent. This is due to the structure of 2 Senators from each state.
