Geometry help!!

a.) #PNQ = #NPR by the SSS congruence postulate

b.) #QRP = #PNQ by the SAS congruence postulate

c.) #NQR = #RPN by the SSS congruence postulate

d.) #QRP = #RQN by the SAS congruence postulate

The answer will be B, because you know the angles of the figure are right angles, using the reason of "If both angles are right angles then they are congruent" the angles are congruent.  Also, the opposite side of rectangles are congruent, therefore, you can prove them SAS.  Then you can use CPCTC to prove QP and RN congruent.
