The answer is A. They actually have negligible mass because gamma rays are photons with very high frequency. Gamma rays are the strongest in the electromagnetic spectrum meaning they have the highest energy. This way, they also have very low frequency hence have lower chances of interacting with matter thence more easily able to penetrate solids.
