The angular momentum quantum number, or spin quantum number, tells us the spin on an electron. It has a value of either +1/2 or -1/2, depending on spin direction.
The magnetic quantum number tells us the number of orbitals available within a subshell. Its value is 0, 1, 2, 3
The principal quantum number tells us the shell number and has integer values starting from 1.
