3 goes into 8 2 times (3*2=6 with 2 left over) The 8 gets carried down and 3 goes into 28 9 times (3*9=27 with 1 left over) the 2 gets carried down and 3 goes into 12 4 times. so, 294.
882 divided by 3 equals 294 right? But somehow I got 29 R 4. Help?-example-1
