NEED HELP ON ALGEBRA I problem: (4+2y)x

Multiply everything inside parentheses by x 4x + 2xy, hope that helps

Distribute the x so you will get this:
4x+2yx

That is the simplest form you can get it into since there are no more like terms you can combine. I hope this helps and answers your question.
