The immune system and kidney disease are inter- related .If there is any problem in the kidney as a result of that our immunity will also be affected because kidney plays a very vital role in our body.Basic concepts and clinical implications. Conversely, kidney failure affects general immunity, causing intestinal barrier dysfunction, systemic inflammation and immunodeficiency that contribute to the morbidity and mortality of patients with kidney disease.
