Assuming that the lenght is 5 and 2/3 inches, you mulitply both 5 and 2/3, and 3 and 3/5 to get 34/3 and 36/5. then find a LCD and add,
34/3 and 36/5 = 170/15 + 108/15 = 278/15
then transfer it into a mixed number,
278/15 = 18 and 8/15 inches
