Rewrite the 4/3 as a decimal

A decimal is a number, not under the form of a fraction, neither as a whole number, but a number that contains a decimal point. Each fraction got a value under the form of either w whole number, either a decimal number.
You could easily use a calculator to get the value of 4/3:
4/3 ≈ 1.33 (The decimal point is easily seen between 1 and 3)
