based on mark antony's argument in the above speech, why does he repeat the line, "But Brutus says he was ambitious,/And Brutus is an honorable man"?

Well, Mark Antony means the opposite. He says it, then he gives reasons on why Caesar wasn't ambitious. He's actually trying to persuade the crowd that the conspirators are the enemy, and aren't honorable.
