What's the difference between fat-soluble and water- soluble vitamins

The difference between the two is that water-soluble vitamins are absorbed easily into the body and if you consume more than you need of that vitamin, the excess will leave the body. But unlike water-soluble vitamins, unused fat-soluble vitamins are stored throughout your body in fat cells.
