Switch the y and the -6 to make it 3x+6=y. Y is the amount moved up or down which is 6. The x-intercept is when y=0. So set y equal to zero and solve or plug in some points into x that add up to be 0. Hope this helps! Answer: -2 for x intercept, 6 for y intercept.
