First, Jonathan Swift was an Anglo-Irish writer and essayist. He published his Satiric fantasy Novel "Gulliver's travels" in 1726.
In this Novel, the Struldbrugs are the citizens of Luggnagg who are like every other citizens, but they differ in one thing: They are immortal.
