It would be C because if you make the equation into y=mx+b then it would look like y = -1/2x + 2. The b=2 and the b is the y-intercept. The point (0,2) is on the y-axis and the 2 would be the y-intercept which makes it the b in y=mx+b if the line passes through (0,2). Hope that helps.
