The bioremediations are a kind of microorganisms used to clean a polluted site because they act on and kill pollutants.
One kind is the Phytoremediation, which uses the plants to extract pollutants such as hydrocarbons and chlorinated substances.
Another kind is Mycoremediation which uses digestive enzymes of the fungus (Kind of unicellular microorganisms) to clean up pollutants such as pesticides and metals.
