I strongly believe the answer is C. Only the AAS theorem. This is because, we know when 2 lines intersect, the angle that is created are equal. Called vertical angles. So you are given one side, one angle, and the vertical angle, the side is not in between the two angles, so SAS does not work. However, AAS does work. I hope this helps :-)
