If the ratio is 8:6:4, then the measure of the angles is 45, 60, and 70 degrees.

8+6+4 = 18
180 / 18 = 10
so
10 * 4 = 40
10 * 6 = 60
10 * 8 = 80
ratio
8:6:4 = 80:60:40
Angles are 80, 60 and 40 degrees
