stress is a force created by the mind that can distort,twist or deform the body. But remember not only body it will affect body cells and organs and even mind too.
In stress, body take it as a danger and goes into fighting mode and mind sends signals to body about danger.
Thats why in stress you might have noticed, clenched fist, stretched face strange pose of shoulders all because of stress.
