AgCl is soluble or insoluble? how do I identify this? ( by using table: solubility rules of salts in water)

You should remember that insoluble + insoluble= soluble,  in that case  Ag2Co3 is soluble, because Ag is insoluble and neither is Co3. That's all you need to know to solve this task. Hope you find it helpful. Regards!
