The answers are the following: y = -12x -42, 12x + y + 42 = 0, and y = -12x - 42, and also y = -6 (2x + 7).

y-6=-12(x+4)
First you multiply
y-6=-12x-48
Then you add 6 two both sides
Final answer: y=-12x-42
