C Different gene combinations lead to genetic variety.
sexual reproduction involves alleles of of different traits (genes) allowing for new combinations of alleles to be possible.

Your answer should be C. unicellular organism since they don't use sexual reproduction to reproduce. but rather reproduce by themselves, or in other words asexual reproduction.
