Will bleach from the swimming pools at school damage or change your hair?

(I have to swim 3 days a week for 12 weeks in a 13 feet pool, so i was wondering.)

Bleach in pools is very dilluted to the point we cannot really call it bleach, chlorine would be a better name. This will not change your hair colour, but it might dry out your hair and give you split ends. This can all be prevented by washing with shampoo and conditioner after the swim

my dad did swim team for years and years and the only color change that he got was when he purposly changed his hair color
